  • “You should be doing more.” (Judge)
  • “You’ll lose it again, so why bother?” (Victim)
  • “You’ve already messed up—start fresh Monday.” (Avoider)
  • “Let’s try something new again!” (Restless)

They mean well… but they’re loud, exhausting, and misleading.
